Printed copies of the Ohio
State Racing Commission rulebooks, either thoroughbred or harness, can be
purchased at the commission office for $6.50.
This price is $10.00 when shipping
and handling is included. Rulebooks can be ordered by calling (614)
466-2757 or sending a check to the Ohio State Racing Commission.
The Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Rules can
also be found in most law libraries and in some public libraries.
